TwoTicks was created after my cousin asked me to help find him a new staff member for his small business. I'd been in recruitment for over 20 years servicing large corporates like Hewlett Packard, SAP and Downer. I realised the old-fashioned model of recruitment was completely inaccessible to people like him - small business owners who are often super busy, with fingers in too many pies, who need to make every dollar count. Hard-working people who were so vulnerable to a bad hire.

I saw an opportunity to design a service that did the heavy-lifting of the recruitment process using all the tools usually only accessible through traditional recruiters. I needed to find a way to leverage those tools within an effective service that could be available and affordable for any small business. 

The TwoTicks offerings have evolved over the last 8 years since we started, and we continue to adapt, like any other small business, to meet the continuing changing needs of our customers.

Ultimately, our goal is to become part of the client's team and behave like we are in their office, working alongside them in their business.
